God, it looks really familiar... I'm gonna make a guess, and who knows how off-base it'll be...I'm gonna guess the original Muppet Show.
That looks suspiciously like the logo for the Sesame Street News Flash.
Well, crap, now I have to hate basscomm. I don't want to hate basscomm; he's cool. He's also quite right. *sigh*... *stepping aside politely*
